PALERMO -- With the centre-left winning six regional capitals after the run-off round of Italian mayoral elections, Brothers of Italy member and President of the Senate Ignazio La Russa criticised electoral law. 

  Whilst Elly Schlein, leader of the Democratic Party (PD) celebrated  “a historic victory” which sent “a message to the government”, La Russa noted that local elections should be changed. 

  ROME -- Firefighters in Permariacco discovered the body of Cristian Molnar after a prolonged search, following his disappearance in a flash flood with two friends at the end of May.

  The bodies of the two women, Patrizia Cormos, 20, and Bianca Doros, 23, were discovered shortly after the flood, but Molnar's body remained missing for several weeks. Firefighters reported finding Molnar's body in a small pool of water, not far from where the bodies of Cormos and Doros were discovered, as the water levels had recently dropped.

  ROME -- Nuremberg is a fascinating city with a rich history and culture. If its name brings to mind a reference to a dark time in European history, namely the trial of Nazi criminals, however this city of around half a million inhabitants, capital of Franconia, offers a lot to visitors, including business and tourists .

 ROME -- Down the steps of the Teatro Arciliuto in Piazza di Montevecchio the cast of Peter and the Starcatcher brought the childlike wonder of Peter Pan to Rome on their opening night on Thursday. 

 The play, a prequel to the much loved classic Peter Pan, adapted to stage by Rick Ellis was directed by Professor of Performing Arts Carl Granieri and his crew, who had travelled from America to put on a show that stunned the audience.
