AUR launches Food Studies MA

ROME- The American University of Rome has announced a new Master’s Programme in Food Studies.
The course aims to teach students about sustainable methods of food production and consumption on a local and global scale. Inter-transferable skills offered by this course include expertise in research, knowledge of a global market, and media and communications training.
AUR was founded in 1969 and offers a wide range of Bachelors and Masters degrees using the American accreditation system and teaching style in the heart of Rome. For more information on the Food Studies programme or other courses click here.
