Staff outrage as WFP ED Cindy McCain unctuously grovels to IDF commander

ROME - WFP staff were outraged Thursday over photographs showing WFP chief Cindy McCain apparently grovelling obsequiously during a meeting with an Israeli military commander in the wake of numerous WFP staff dying or being injured by the IDF in Gaza.
Tamara Zibin, a Protection and Humanitarian Advisor lambasted the ED’s actions in a staff social media post, stating that despite coordination between the Israeli Military Defence and the UN, it “does not justify meeting the IDF in such a friendly manner, without the presence of other humanitarian organizations and without a clear negotiation agenda.”
McCain, an anti-trump republican, has been criticized in the past for her pro-Israeli stance and allegedly failing to stand up for WFP staff under fire and killed by Israelis in Gaza. Zibin reiterated this sentiment, assuming nothing but the worst from a” leader who visited her mourning and starving staff in Gaza, only to go ahead in the same day and shake hands with Israel.”
Zibin concluded her post by calling for McCain to be held accountable, and later commented underneath the post calling for her colleagues to speak up as well.
