ROME -- Two families were evacuated on Monday evening as another fire broke out in Rome. The fire has since been put out and there is no immediate danger, the mayor of Artena has said.
The blaze swept through the province of Artena, in the southeast of the capital, around 5:00 p.m. on Monday, as fire services worked throughout the night to put the fire out. Two families living close to the blazes were evacuated as a precaution.
ROME -- Two men have been arrested in Palermo with a chain of well-known ice cream shops suspected of using profits to support mafia activity. Six people in total are under investigation, Palermo’s anti-mafia division of the Public Prosecutor has said.
