ROME - An evening of poetry reading by Paul Hetherington will take place on Jan. 7 at 5:00 p.m. at the Keats-Shelley House in Rome.

  Paul Hetherington is currently living in Rome having taken up an Australia Council for the Arts Residency in the BR Whiting Studio. In Australia, he is Professor of Writing at the University of Canberra and Head of the International Poetry Studies Institute (IPSI). He has published nine full-length collections of poetry and four poetry chapbooks. His collection, Six Different Windows, won the 2014 Western Australian Premier’s Book Awards and he has three times been a finalist in the international Aesthetica Creative Writing Competition.

  The price for the event is included in the entrance ticket. Booking is not mandatory, but encouraged.
