Meridiana to launch new route from Milan Linate to Munich

Meridiana to offer new route for business travellers

ROME — On November 30, the Italian airline company Meridiana will launch a new route travelling between Milan Linate and Munich twice a day.

Meridiana is the only carrier operating this route from Linate, and chose the Milan city airport as it offers both an easy and comfortable point of departure for passengers coming from Milan and also for welcoming the customers from Germany right into the heart of the city.

The flight will be operated by a Boeing 737-700 with a dual configuration of 149 seats in both economy and Electa business class.

During the working week, the route will be flown twice a day, whilst on weekends, a single flight per day will permit visits to either city.

The flights will depart from Linate Airport at 7:10 a.m. and at 4:50 p.m.. The flights will depart from Munich Airport at 10:45 a.m. and 8:50 p.m..

This new route has been organised specifically to meet the needs of passengers travelling for business from Milan to Munich and vice versa. For those frequent flyers, who own a Fly pass card, some services will be on offer for them, including a lounge and fast track.

Tickets can be purchased both on www.meridiana.com and at travel agencies. A one-way ticket costs 60 euros per person, all inclusive.
