ROME – At a special event to be held on Saturday, May 16 at the Foro Italico, the Tennis & Friends Master Special Edition will be offering free check-ups for high blood pressure and also be providing tips on the best ways to exercise and enjoy a balanced diet.

 The event forms part of a wider movement to raise awareness of the wider dangers of hypertension, with World Hypertension Day held annually on 17^th May, now in its 11^th year. Hosted in collaboration with Agostino Gemelli Polyclinic, the initiative involves a team of medical experts led by Dr. Giorgio Meneschincheri.

 Last year, the Tennis & Friends stand recorded 15,000 visitors and performed more than 3,000 free check-ups. This time round it will run from 10am – 6pm.
