ROME –The Kuwaiti Ambassador to Italy, H.E. Sheikh Ali Al-Khaled Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, played host to the diplomatic corps Tuesday at a reception to mark Kuwait's national day.
ITalian Deputy Foreign Minister Lapo Pistelli, the ambassadors of Egypt, Iraq and the UAE as well as Mayor of Palermo Leoluca Orlando were among guests at the glittering festivities in the Grand Hotel.
The reception happened as the two countries the 50th anniversary of the establishment of full diplomatic ties.
