Kosovar DJ and Ukrainian model, 21, burn to death in Easter Ferrari crash

The Kosovar DJ is survived by his wife and sons, 11 and 14

ROME — Vercelli police said they have identified the two people burned to death in a Ferrari crash on Easter Sunday as Kosovar DJ Hysni Qestaj and Anna Kraevskaya, a 21-year-old Ukrainian model.

40-year-old Qestaj, a.k.a. DJ Style Q, is survived by his wife and sons, 11 and 14.

Police said that Kosovar was driving his white Ferrari GTC4 at more than 125 miles per hour (200 kph) on the Turin-Aosta connector. His car swerved out of control and hit a guardrail around noon on Sunday, 45 kilometers northeats of Turin.

The car burst into flames on impact, police said. Its front half rent in two.

Qestaj had performed in nightclubs in Albania, Germany, the United States, and Switzerland.

He spent the night before his crash DJing at the Jukebox Club in Sion, Switzerland. Kraevskaya, the Odessa-born model, identified herself on her public social media profiles as a Swiss resident.

Vercelli police used DNA testing to identify her body, they said. Qestaj's brother positively identified the DJ's remains when he visited the scene of the crash on Sunday evening.
