Transport strike to hit Rome on Friday

ROME - There will be a strike of transport workers on Friday, with half the public services at risk and no guarantee of timetables.
This comes as the trade unions Cgil, Cisl, Uil, Ugl e Faisa Cisal have announced they will be doing a 24 hour strike on Friday.
In Rome this will impact Atac services and suburban lines managed by private operators. Only essential services will run at the start of the day at 8:30 a.m., and between 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
