Italy joins 'Travel and Connectivity Week'

DUBAI – Italy’s approach to sustainable development will feature in “Expo 2020”, Dubai’s new global event, which displays online initiatives leading up to the Universal Expo.

    The “Travel and Connectivity Week” will give a preview of how Artificial Intelligence will be used by participating countries to organise urban spaces and develop mobility, whilst considering the essential role sustainability plays in innovation and the new uses of cybersecurity.

  The initiative will unite experts from around the world and will represent over 190 countries that are attending the Arab world’s first Expo. It is set to begin in October and to last for six months.   The event is coordinated by the Italian Commission for Expo Dubai and will feature Giacomo F. Speretta, Cyber Security SVP for Marketing, Business Development & Sales Strategy at Leonardo, who will illustrate how the company will connect urban centers, thereby increasing safely and sustainability.
