Papal charity supplies Brazil with ventilators

VATICAN CITY – The charity Hope Onlus is sending ventilators and ecographs to Brazil to help in the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic.

 Through the Office of Papal Charities 18 Draeger ventilators will be supplied to different hospitals’ intensive care units along with six portable Fuji ecographs. Hope Onlus is a charity highly specialized in humanitarian aid in the fields of health and education. The high-tech medical equipment has been provided and transported thanks to the genorosity of various donators.

 Once it has arrived in Brazil the apparatus will be handed over to hospitals chosen by the Apostolic nunciature in order to help those most in need.
