Prada heiress sued by gardeners

Miuccia Prada is being sued by her two former gardeners

TRAPANI - The designer Miuccia Prada, whose real name is Maria Bianchi and who is heiress to the Prada fashion house, will appear before the national Labour Court of Trapani on March 18.

She is being sued by two brothers, Mario and Tindaro Oliva, two gardeners, who had provided their services to the gardens of her residence, Villa Favignana. The Oliva brothers, with the assistance of their lawyer Nino Sugamele, claim to have been working illegally, and now are asking to be recognised as “employees” and be paid social security benefits in INPS.
