MILAN - Matteo Salvini’s son was robbed last Friday. The Minister commented, “it happened to him, just as many others in Milan… luckily no one was hurt."

Federico Salvini nineteen-year-old and son of Matteo Salvini,  Minister of infrastructures and transports better known as the leader of the right-wing party  “Lega”, was robbed and menaced two days before Christmas near the center of Milan, with some broken glass by two north-African men, who took the phone away with them in the attempt to resell it.

The Italian law enforcement agency (D.I.G.O.S.) was immediately called to clear out the "political act" line of inquiry.

The phone has later been found and given back to Federico Salvini. It was initially brought back to the police by an Egyptian shop owner to whom the two robbers had tried to sell the phone.
